193. סייג לתקנות בטיחות בבנייה הנדסית
(א)תקנות לפי סעיף 191(ב)(5) אין כוחן יפה לפגוע –
(1)בעיצובו של מבנה הנדסי;
(2)בשימוש בשיטת ביצוע לבניה הנדסית שנקבעה על ידי מהנדס, ובלבד שהשיטה אינה מנוגדת לבטיחות המבנה או לבטיחות העובדים.
(ב)”נקבע על ידי מהנדס“, בסעיף זה – נקבע על ידי המהנדס היועץ או המהנדס הממונה על הבניה ההנדסית, במיפרט, בתכניות חתומות או בהוראות בכתב.
