218. המצאת הודעות לאדם שבמקום התופש
אם לפי פקודה זו נקבע אדם כאחראי במקום התופש או הבעל של מפעל, תהא החובה או הרשות, לפי הענין, להמציא לו כל הודעה שיש חובה או רשות בפקודה זו או לפיה להמציא אותה לתופש או לבעל.
