241. רישום בפנקס כראיה
אם בפקודה זו או לפיה נדרש רישום בפנקס המפעל או בפנקס אחר או ברשומה אחרת – יהא הרישום שנעשה על ידי תופשו של מפעל או מטעמו קביל כראיה נגדו על העובדות שצויינו בו; והעובדה שלא נעשה רישום שנדרש כאמור, בדבר קיום הוראה מהוראות פקודה זו או תקנה לפיה, תשמש ראיה שאותה הוראה לא קויימה.
