43. תקנות לענין גידור חפצים שבמכונות
השר רשאי להתקין, לענין מכונה פלונית או תהליך פלוני שמכונה משמשת לו, תקנות הדורשות לגדר חמרים או חפצים שהם מסוכנים שעה שהם בתנועה במכונה.
