63. מניעת הילכדות
מעלית וגידרה כאמור בסעיף 61 ייבנו כך שטובין או אדם הנישאים בתא לא יוכלו הם או כל חלק מהם להילכד בין חלק של המעלית לבין מבנה, או בין משקולת הנגד לבין חלק נע אחר של המעלית.
