היה המפקח הראשי סבור כי לגבי מיתקן פלוני, או לגבי סוג של המיתקנים האמורים בסימן זה, אין זה מעשי או סביר לקיים הוראה מהוראותיו, רשאי הוא לפטור ממנה בתנאים שייראו לו; פטור לפי סעיף זה לגבי מיתקן פלוני יהיה בתעודה, ולגבי סוג של מיתקנים יפורסם ברשומות.
