97. משנקים והתקנים אחרים
אם נמצא אבק נפיץ במיתקן המשמש בתהליך המעלה אבק, יינקטו כל האמצעים המעשיים להגביל את היקפה ותוצאותיה של התפוצצות האבק על ידי שיותקנו מַשנֵקים, חייצים ואַוָּרים או התקנים אחרים יעילים כמותם בקשר עם המיתקן האמור, זולת אם המיתקן הוא ממבנה שיכול לעמוד בפני לחץ העלול להיווצר על ידי התפוצצות כאמור.
