5. ייחוד התואר ואיסור התחזות
(א)לא ישתמש אדם בתואר או בכינוי שמשתמע מהם שהוא מדביר או שיש בידו רישיון מדביר מסוג מסוים, אלא אם כן יש בידו רישיון מדביר תקף המתאים לעיסוקו בהתאם להוראות לפי חוק זה.
(ב)לא יציג אדם את עצמו או את מי שפועל מטעמו כמדביר או כמי שיש בידו רישיון מדביר מסוג מסוים, אלא אם כן יש בידו רישיון מדביר תקף המתאים לעיסוקו בהתאם להוראות לפי חוק זה.
