2. תחולה
תיקון: תשע״ז
(א)הוראות פרק זה יחולו על שכירות של מקרקעין ושל מיטלטלין, ובשינויים המחוייבים – גם על שכירות של זכויות.
(ב)הוראות פרק זה יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים, גם על שכירות משנה; ויראו לעניין זה את השוכר הראשי כמשכיר ואת שוכר המשנה כשוכר.
(ג)הוראות פרק זה יחולו כשאין בדין אחר הוראות מיוחדות לענין הנדון ובאין כוונה אחרת משתמעת מן ההסכם בין הצדדים.
