20. השבת המושכר בסיום תקופת השכירות
תיקון: תשע״ז
(א)עם סיום תקופת השכירות ישיב השוכר למשכיר את המושכר, כשהוא פנוי מכל אדם או נכס, למעט נכס של המשכיר המשמש את המושכר.
(ב)השיב השוכר את המושכר כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), יקבל המשכיר את המושכר.
(ג)היה המושכר נכס שהוא מיטלטלין, ישיב השוכר את המושכר במקום שבו נמסר המושכר לשוכר.
