25ז. מסירת הדירה המושכרת
תיקון: תשע״ז
(א)המשכיר ימסור את הדירה המושכרת לשוכר והשוכר יקבל את הדירה המושכרת להחזקתו, במועד שהצדדים הסכימו עליו לפי חוזה השכירות למגורים.
(ב)מסירת הדירה המושכרת לשוכר תהיה כשהיא פנויה מכל אדם או נכס, למעט נכס שהוסכם כי יהיה בדירה בעת מסירתה.
(ג)המשכיר ייתן לשוכר, לא יאוחר ממועד מסירת הדירה המושכרת, הוראות תחזוקה ושימוש בקשר לדירה, למיתקניה ולנכסים שבה, ככל שאלה נדרשים.
