19. זכות לשירותים ולהטבות
תיקון: תשפ״ו
ילד במשפחת אומנה או במסגרת השמה חוץ־ביתית אחרת זכאי לכל הזכויות, השירותים וההטבות שזכאי להם ילד שהוא תושב הרשות המקומית שבה מתגוררת משפחת האומנה או נמצאת מסגרת ההשמה החוץ־ביתית האחרת, שבה הושם, לרבות בכל הנוגע לשיוכו למוסדות חינוכיים ברשות המקומית האמורה ולפעילויות העשרה, פנאי ונופש בה ולשירותי בריאות, והכול בלי לגרוע מזכותו כאמור כלפי הרשות המקומית שבה מתגוררים הוריו בעת שהוא שוהה אצלם.
