55. תנאים להפעלת הסמכות
מפקח לא יפעיל את הסמכויות הנתונות לו לפי פרק זה, אלא בעת מילוי תפקידו ובהתקיים שניים אלה:
(1)הוא עונד באופן גלוי תג המזהה אותו ואת תפקידו;
(2)יש בידו תעודה החתומה בידי השר, המעידה על תפקידו ועל סמכויותיו, שאותה יציג על פי דרישה.
