(א)תחילתו של חוק זה תשעה חודשים מיום פרסומו (להלן – יום התחילה).
יום התחילה הוא 6.12.2016.
(ב)תקנות ראשונות לפי סעיפים 46(ב), 49(ה), 56(ט) ו־58(ב) יובאו לאישור ועדת העבודה הרווחה והבריאות של הכנסת עד ליום התחילה.
