17. סודיות
תיקון: תשע״א, תשע״ז
הגיעה לידי עובד סוציאלי לפי חוק הסעד (טיפול באנשים עם מוגבלות שכלית–התפתחותית) או אדם אחר הממלא תפקיד לפי חוק זה ידיעה הנוגעת לאדם עם מוגבלות שכלית–התפתחותית, ישמרנה בסוד ולא יגלנה אלא אם הורשה לכך על ידי בית המשפט או אם יש צורך בכך לשם ביצוע כל חוק או לאדם שיש לו ענין מוצדק לקבל את הידיעה.
