Section 2 of חוק כביש ארצי לישראל, התשנ״ה–1994, תחולה.
2. תחולה
(א)חוק זה יחול על הקרקעות הכלולות בתוואי הכביש לרבות המחלפים וקטעי הדרכים המסומנים בתכנית כחלק מתוואי הכביש.
(ב)השרים רשאים לקבוע בצו כי הוראות חוק זה יחולו גם על הקרקעות שיצויינו בו, בתוואים של דרכים נוספות הכלולות בתכנית או בתכניות מאושרות אחרות, המתחברות לכביש ומהוות המשך של התוואי הראשי שלו ככביש אורך או של התוואים המהווים התפצלות של הכביש.
