3. המפקח
אלה סמכויותיו ותפקידיו של מפקח, נוסף על אלה שנקבעו לו לפי החוק:
(1)קביעת סדרי עבודה ופיקוח על עבודת עובדי לשכתו;
(2)פיקוח על ביצוע תפקידיהם של הרשמים שנתמנו ללשכות הרישום שבאזור סמכותו;
(3)ביצוע כל תפקיד שיטיל הממונה, בין על המפקחים כולם ובין עליו אישית.
