46. מסירת הודעה לבעלי הזכויות
נוסף על פרסום הודעה ברשומות, כאמור בסעיף 136(א) לחוק, יורה מפקח על מסירת הודעה על בקשה לפי סימן זה לכל אדם זולת המבקש שנכלל ברשימה שצורפה לבקשה כבעל זכות במקרקעין (בסימן זה – מעוניין), וכן ליועץ המשפטי לממשלה אם הבקשה לא הוגשה מטעם המדינה, ורשאי הוא להורות על פרסום הבקשה בעיתונים.
