5. מוסמך בסמכויות רשם
תיקון: תש״ף
(א)אלה סמכויותיו של המוסמך בסמכויות רשם:
(1)חתימת שטר ואישור עסקה לרישום לפי החוק ולפי תקנות 12, 13 ו־14;
(2)רישום הערות לפי החוק ולפי סימנים ג׳ עד ה׳, בפרק ג׳ שלהלן;
(3)ביטול הרישום של משכנתה לפי תקנה 72;
(4)ביצוע כל תפקיד אחר שיטיל עליו הרשם.
(ב)רשם רשאי להורות כי סוג של פעולות המוסמך בסמכויות רשם לא ייעשה אלא באישורו.
