52. תוכן הצו
בצו לרישום מקרקעין, לחידוש הרישום או לתיקון הרישום הקיים לפי סימן זה יפורטו כל הפרטים שייכללו ברישום המקרקעין, ברישומם מחדש או בתיקון הרישום הקיים ובכלל זה הפרטים בדבר הבעלות, זכויות החכירה, המשכנתאות, זיקות ההנאה וכל שאר הזכויות הנרשמות בפנקסים.
