61. הגשת טענות בהליך לביטול הרישום
הוגשה בקשה לביטול הרישום בפנקס הבתים המשותפים, כאמור בתקנה 60, או שהמפקח התכוון לבטל את הרישום מיוזמתו משראה שהבית אינו ראוי עוד לרישום בפנקס כאמור בסעיף 146 לחוק, ימסור המפקח הודעה על כך לכל בעל דירה ולכל בעל זכות בדירה, ומשעשה כן יחולו הוראות תקנה 59, בשינויים המחויבים.
