74. התקופה לערר לממונה
(א)התקופה להגשת ערר לממונה על החלטת רשם או מפקח, כאמור בסעיף 121 לחוק, היא חמישה עשר ימים מן היום שנמסרה ההחלטה לעורר, ואם לא נמסרה לו – מן היום שהגיעה לידיעתו.
(ב)הממונה רשאי, מטעמים שיירשמו, להאריך את המועד הקבוע בתקנת משנה (א).
