85. נציגויות נפרדות למבנים או לאגפים
קבעו בעלי הדירות בתקנון נציגויות נפרדות ואסיפות כלליות נפרדות למבנים או לאגפים, יקבעו בו בעלי הדירות הוראות בדבר חלוקת הסמכויות בין הנציגות הכוללת ובין הנציגויות הנפרדות וכן את דרכי כינונן של הנציגות הכוללת והנציגויות הנפרדות.
