15. שמירת תוקף
קיום הרשות או ועדה מועדותיה, סמכויותיהן ותוקף החלטותיהן, לא ייפגעו מחמת שנתפנה מקומו של חבר בהן, או מחמת ליקוי במינויו או בהמשך כהונתו.
