48. ערעור לבית משפט
הרואה עצמו נפגע על ידי הפקעת מקרקעין, דרישת פינוי, קביעת הפיצויים, קביעת הדיור החלוף או הדיור הארעי או קביעת דמי ההעברה ממקום למקום, רשאי לערער לבית המשפט.
