63. פיקוח על הרשות, ביצוע ותקנות
(א)הרשות תעמוד לפיקוחו הכללי של שר השיכון.
(ב)שר השיכון ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
