5א. ייעוץ משפטי
תיקון: תשנ״ט
יועץ משפטי יעניק ייעוץ משפטי למועצת הרשות המקומית ולוועדותיה, לראש הרשות ולסגן ראש הרשות שלו הואצלו סמכויות לפי סעיף 17 לחוק הרשויות המקומיות (בחירת ראש הרשות וסגניו וכהונתם), התשל״ה–1975, ולעובדי הרשות, בכל ענין הדרוש למילוי תפקידי הרשות לפי כל דין; כן יחווה היועץ המשפטי את דעתו לפי פניית חבר מועצת הרשות, אם נוכח שהדבר דרוש למילוי תפקידי הרשות ואין במתן חוות הדעת כדי להעמידו במצב של חשש לניגוד ענינים.
