6. המחאת חבות
חבותי של חייב ניתנת להמחאה, כולה או מקצתה, בהסכם בין החייב לבין הנמחה שבאה עליו הסכמת הנושה, זולת אם נשללה או הוגבלה עבירותה לפי דין.
