8. ערבויות, שעבודים וכו׳
היתה החבות מובטחת בערבות או בשעבוד שניתן לא מידי החייב, מפקיעה המחאת החבות את הערבות והשעבוד, זולת אם הערב או בעל הנכס המשועבד הסכים להמחאה.
