12ה. סמכות לסיים דיון
תיקון: תשע״ח
חבר ועדת המשמעת שהחל בדיון ותקופת כהונתו כחבר הוועדה הסתיימה לפי הוראות סעיף 12ג או נפסקה לפי הוראות סעיף 12ד(א)(1) או (ב)(2), יהיה מוסמך לסיים את הדיון שהחל בו בתוך שישה חודשים מיום שהסתיימה או נפסקה כהונתו, אלא אם כן ראה השר כי יש הצדקה לקיצור התקופה.
