4. אבטחת מידע בעת מסירה
בעת מסירה כדין של מידע ממערכת של גוף ציבורי למערכת של גוף ציבורי אחר, אחראים מנהלי המאגר של שתי המערכות לנקיטת פעולות אבטחה ובקרה ושל השימוש במידע במערכת המקבלת ברמה השווה לזו הנהוגה במערכת המוסרת.
