26. הזדמנות להשמיע טענות לעובד שירות
לא ידרוש המנהל הכללי לפטר עובד שירות כאמור בסעיף 25 אלא לאחר שנתן לעובד הנוגע בדבר הזדמנות נאותה להשמיע את טענותיו.
