14. הפרה בנסיבות מחמירות
היה למנהל יסוד סביר להניח כי קמעונאי גדול או עוסק הפר הוראה מההוראות המפורטות בסעיף 13 או בתוספת, בנסיבות מחמירות, רשאי הוא להטיל עליו עיצום כספי לפי הוראות פרק זה בסכום השווה לפי 1.5 מסכום העיצום הכספי שניתן להטיל בשל אותה הפרה לפי סעיף 13 או לפי התוספת; בסעיף זה, ”נסיבות מחמירות“ – הפרה הנוגעת לכמה חנויות או נקודות מכירה של העוסק.
