סעיפים 9 עד 13 בפרק ג׳ בחוק הבחירות לכנסת יחולו גם על הבחירות לפי חוק זה, בשינויים המחויבים ובשינוי זה: בסעיפים 11 עד 13 שבו, בכל מקום במקום ”הועדה המרכזית על פי הצעת שר הפנים“, ”הועדה המרכזית“ או ”יושב ראש הועדה המרכזית וסגניו“ יבוא ”השר“.
