22. הרכב בית המשפט ופסק דין
תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשמ״א, תשמ״ד־3, תשנ״ב־2, תשס״ג, תשס״ג־2, תשפ״ג־2
(א)בית המשפט לענינים מינהליים ידון בעתירה לפי סעיף 20 בשופט אחד; פסק דינו יהיה סופי ואין לערער עליו.
(ב)פסק הדין יינתן ויימסר לשר –
(1)בעתירה לפי הוראות סעיף 20(ב)(1) – בתוך 14 ימים מיום הגשת העתירה ולא יאוחר מהיום שלפני יום שליפת הפנקס;
(2)בעתירה לפי הוראות סעיף 20(ב)(2) – לא יאוחר מהיום ה־19 שלפני יום הבחירות.
