39ג. הוראות סדרי דין
תיקון: תשנ״ח־3, תשס״ג
(א)יושב ראש ועדת הבחירות המרכזית רשאי לקבוע הוראות סדרי דין בעתירה ובערר לפי סעיף 39ב, ובכלל זה הוראות בדבר חלוקת הדיון בעתירות במחוז שיפוט מסוים בין יושב ראש ועדת הבחירות האזורית לממלא מקומו.
(ב)(בוטל).
(ג)הוראות סעיפים 17ד(ב) ו־(ב1) ו־17ה(ד) לחוק הבחירות (דרכי תעמולה), יחולו על הליכים לפי סעיף 39ב, בשינויים המחויבים.
