56. מי רשאי להימצא במקום קלפי
תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשל״ג־6, תשס״ג־4
בעת הצגת הקלפי, בשעות ההצבעה ובשעת ספירת הקולות לא יימצא אדם במקום הקלפי זולת חברי ועדת הקלפי, משקיפים כאמור בסעיף 34(ה), מזכיר ועדת הקלפי, חברי ועדת הבחירות, נציגי רשימות מועמדים כאמור בסעיף 28(ג), מנהל הבחירות, השר או בא־כוחו, שוטרים הדרושים לדעת ועדת הקלפי לשמירת הסדר ובשעות ההצבעה בלבד – בוחרים שהותרו להיכנס לשם הצבעה.
