אישה השוהה במקלט כהגדרתו בסעיף 68ב לחוק הבחירות לכנסת רשאית להצביע בקלפי מיוחדת לבעלי תפקידים, ויחולו לעניין זה הוראות הסעיף האמור, בשינויים המחויבים ובשינויים אלה: במקום ”יושב ראש הוועדה המרכזית“ יקראו ”השר“ ובמקום ”הוועדה המרכזית“ יקראו ”משרד הפנים“.
