מזכיר ועדת קלפי או חבר ועדת קלפי הנוטש, לאחר גמר ספירת הקולות, את פרוטוקול ההצבעה ואת חומר ההצבעה האמורים בסעיף 64, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים או קנס 20,000 לירות.
