9. ההצבעה
תיקון: תשס״ג, תשפ״ג־2
(א)ההצבעה תהיה בעד רשימות מועמדים שפורסמו בהתאם לסעיף 48.
(ב)בכפוף להוראות סעיפים 31א ו־32ב ולהוראות פרקים ח׳ עד ח׳4, רשאי כל בוחר להצביע רק בקלפי אשר רשימת הבוחרים השייכת לה כוללת את שמו ורק אם זיהה את עצמו בהתאם לסעיף 60.
