כל המעוניין זכאי לעיין בנוכחות מנהל הבחירות או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך מקרב עובדי המדינה במסמכים הנוגעים לבחירות וכן זכאי לקבל, תמורת תשלום, צילומים מאותם מסמכים; העיון יהיה במקום ובשעות כפי שיחליט מנהל הבחירות.
