1. תחולה
תיקון: תשנ״ג
(א)סדר הדין בתובענה על פי סעיף 24(א)(2) לחוק, יהיה לפי תקנות אלה.
(ב)בתובענה לפי סעיף 25(1) לחוק יחולו תקנות אלה בשינויים המחוייבים.
