בדיון בהליכי ביניים ובבקשות לסעדים זמניים בהליך לפי תקנות אלה יחולו תקנות 46 ו־129(1) לתקנות בית הדין לעבודה (סדרי דין), התשנ״ב–1992, ככל שהדבר מתיישב עם תקנות אלה ועם מהות הסכסוך הקיבוצי.
