1ב. פתיחת ההליך
תיקון: תשנ״ג
הליך בתובענה על פי סעיף 24(א)(2) או 25(1) לחוק (להלן – סכסוך קיבוצי) יכול שייפתח על פי בקשת צד אחד, שתוכתר במלים ”בקשת צד לדיון בסכסוך קיבוצי“ (להלן – בקשת צד), ויכול שייפתח על פי בקשת שני הצדדים שתוכתר במלים ”בקשה משותפת לדיון בסכסוך קיבוצי“ (להלן – בקשה משותפת).
