9. עותקים
כל בקשה, יחד עם הנספחים המחוייבים, תוגש לבית־הדין בשבעה עותקים אם היא מוגשת לבית־הדין הארצי, או בשלושה עותקים אם היא מוגשת לבית־דין אזורי; בבקשת צד ימסור המבקש עותק אחד של הבקשה, עם הנספחות, במישרין לצד המשיב, ובעותק הראשון המוגש לבית הדין יאשר בחתימת ידו כי נעשה הדבר.
