105. השבת ערעור שנמחק

נמחק ערעור כאמור בתקנה 104, רשאי המערער, תוך שבעה ימים מיום המצאת ההחלטה על המחיקה, לבקש מבית הדין שלערעור להשיב את הערעור; בית הדין רשאי להשיב את הערעור בתנאים שיראה לקבוע בדבר תשלום הוצאות או בענינים אחרים.
