בית הדין שלערעור יתן פסק דין או החלטה אחרת כתום הדיון או בתאריך אחר שעליו יודע לבעלי הדין; ההחלטה תהיה בכתב, תיחתם בידי בית הדין ויירשם בה תאריך נתינתה.
