תיקון: תשנ״ב
בתחילת הדיון בתובענה או בערעור, ולפני כל טענה אחרת, רשאי בעל דין לטעון טענת פסלות; לא היה באפשרותו לטעון אותה טענה בשלב האמור, רשאי הוא לטענה לאחר מכן, ובלבד שיעשה זאת מיד לאחר שנודעה לו עילת הפסלות.
