120. איחוד ענינים מטעם בית הדין

ענינים אחדים התלויים ועומדים בבית דין אחד וכרוכות בהם שאלות זהות או שאלות דומות, של משפט או של עובדה, רשאי בית הדין, לפי שיקול דעתו, להורות על איחודם, בין על פי בקשת בעל דין ובין ללא בקשה כזאת, ובתנאים שייראו לו.
