בעל דין שהוא תאגיד, רשאי מנהל התאגיד או פקיד מפקידיו, שהורשה לכך כראוי, לעשות מטעם התאגיד כל מה שהתאגיד עצמו יכול היה לעשות אילו היה יחיד.
